Andy is a graduate from Berklee College of Music, where he also worked as a tutor for the school's learning center.

Andy has been teaching piano since 2014 and has also worked as a composer and piano accompanist.

Andy understands the struggles of being a beginner, which motivates him to become the most compassionate and informative teacher he can be!

While teaching as a job, Andy spends his free time being a student-- learning new skills such as chess and Japanese.

For beginner pianists, Andy guides through the basic and fundamental aspects of reading music & rhythm notations.

For beginner guitarists/ukulele, Andy goes through all the essentials chords & rhythms.

Throughout the lessons, Andy incorporates other aspects of music language--such as theory and improvisation.

Andy uses Alfred's Basic Piano Library and Faber Piano Adventures.
